Flat side up for instability. Hold rim at shoulder width, walk legs out to press up position, bend arms to 90°. 6-10 reps.

6. Side Plank

Activates: Core & Side Muscles

Lie on side with elbow on dome center. Lift hips creating straight line shoulder to feet. Raise free arm up. 20-60 sec hold.

7. Tricep Dips

Activates: Triceps

Hands at top of dome, walk legs out, hips just in front. Bend arms to 90° with elbows behind. 8-12 reps.

8. Knee Tuck Sit Ups

Activates: Abdominals

Sit on dome, lean back with hands to sides. Extend legs, then tuck knees into chest with controlled movement. 10-15 reps.

9. Burpee with Shoulder Press

Hold dome in front, bend legs placing dome down. Spring legs to press-up position, rebound back, stand and press dome overhead. 15-20 reps.

10. Bridge with Single Leg Raise

Lay on back, feet on dome front edge. Push feet down, raise hips, extend one leg up. Roll down vertebrae slowly. 10-15 reps each leg.

Kneeling with forearms on dome. Extend one leg back, then other leg. Keep flat back and straight legs. Hold until form breaks. 20-60 sec.
